全国段ボール工業組合連合会（全段連）は、災害時の避難所環境の改善に積極的に取り組んでいます。特に、段ボールベッドの提供を通じて、避難者の生活環境向上に寄与しています。
The Japan Corrugated Case Association (ZenDanRen) is actively working to improve shelter conditions during disasters. In particular, it contributes to the improvement of evacuees' living conditions through the provision of cardboard beds.
内閣府の「避難所運営ガイドライン」では、避難所における寝床の改善策として、段ボールベッドなどの簡易ベッドの設置が推奨されています。また、内閣府の資料では、段ボールベッドだけでなく、繰り返し使用しやすい簡易ベッドやエアーベッドの利用も選択肢として検討するよう提案されています。
The "Shelter Management Guidelines" issued by the Cabinet Office recommend the installation of simple beds, such as cardboard beds, to improve sleeping conditions in shelters. Additionally, the Cabinet Office suggests considering not only cardboard beds but also reusable simple beds and air beds as viable options.
さらに、文部科学省の資料では、段ボールベッドの使用を想定し、民間事業者等と協定を結んでおくことが有効であると述べられています。これらの取り組みは、避難所での生活環境を向上させ、被災者の健康と安全を守るために重要な役割を果たしています。
Furthermore, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology states that it is effective to assume the use of cardboard beds and establish agreements with private businesses in advance. These efforts play a crucial role in improving shelter conditions and ensuring the health and safety of disaster victims.
